About Hints
In one line
The gift app that remembers what they said.
Short
Hints is an iPhone app for gift ideas people mention in passing. Type or say one sentence, and Apple Intelligence files it under the right person, with the occasion and details like sizes. No forms, no accounts, and no servers of its own.
Long
The best gift ideas come up in conversation and are forgotten by the birthday. Gift apps ask you to fill in a form; Hints asks for one sentence. Type or dictate what you heard, or tell Siri, and Apple Intelligence picks out the person, the gift idea, any occasion and its date, and facts worth keeping. You check what it found and save. Everything is filed on that person's page.
Notes are read by Apple Intelligence on the iPhone or on Apple's Private Cloud Compute, which keeps nothing and is built so that no one, Apple included, can read what it processes. Hints has no accounts and runs no servers of its own; data stays on the iPhone and syncs through the user's own iCloud. Hints doesn't invent gift ideas. It remembers the real ones.
